i need to tone up and slim down in two weeks
i know this isnt long enough
but i want to do as much as i can to make any changes (no matter how small)

i was super productive today! good classes, some studying, went to the gym and ran 3 hrs, put in some studio time, and finally rock climbed!
met some cool new people

i felt lean and mean and like a fighting machine!
but now i feel soft and pudgy again….oh well going to the gym tomorrow gunna get stronger

so yesterday was bad, i skipped a work out, didnt do homework, and ate a ton of brownies….why? all because i had my first anxiety attack in a while and totally didnt cope well with it…i know working out helps, i know how to better handle my self….but for whatever reason i didnt yesterday….
but today is a new day. i woke up had a huge bowl of cereal, lots of green tea, and went to class. i am eating a power bar now. i am going to class, then the studio to put in an hour or two on my prints, then i am GOING TO THE GYM….gunna do 30 of cardio and then some strength training…
having brown rice and indian veggies tonight…being veggie is going good…also haven’t caved and had soda yet this week! wahoo…

This recipe is from Vegetarian Times and is vegan!! I love veggie pot pie! It’s perfect for these cold fall evenings. Pot pies can be caloric, but this recipe is only 244 calories!!!

I am making this ASAP. Most chicken pot pies are 600+ calories and chock-full of bad fats and sodium.
